This combination of staff and associates includes seasoned professionals in all areas of the energy/petroleum business - chemical, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, geology, economics, legal, accounting, environmental and operations research.

Since its founding in 1978, the company has executed over one hundred and ten projects in North America and more than sixty-five developing countries directly for various LDC Government clients or for International Financial/Development Agencies such as the World Bank, Interamerican Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, the United Nations or the Canadian International Development Agency. Its extensive international activity has been supported and facilitated by the multilingual capabilities of its staff and associates.
